Mission

Our mission is to promote the mental, physical, and technical development of individual athletes and teams to compete at the highest level of youth soccer and to assist the individual athlete in the pursuit of academic excellence in preparation to play soccer at advanced levels.

Vision

Our vision is to be a top premiere soccer club in southwestern Illinois and provide excellent soccer training and experiences to all those that join our organization.

Goals and Objectives

Promote and Facilitate the Growth of Competitive Soccer in the O'Fallon Community:

• Foster an environment to educate youth in good sportsmanship, soccer skills and tactics, and team play.
  
• Provide the opportunity for youth of our community to participate at the competitive level in a club style atmosphere.
  

Develop a Strong Feeder System:

• Develop and foster a relationship with the O’Fallon Booster Club Soccer Program for player recruitment.
  
• Enhance coaching and development at the recreational level through O' Fallon Parks & Recreation Programs.

Strengthen the Club's Financial Position:

• Attract sponsors.
  
• Develop fund raising projects and guidelines.

Improve Coaching:

• Provide coaches training and education.
  
• Encourage coaches to continue to improve their licensing status.

Enhance the Image of Soccer in our Community:

• Encourage and improve the coverage of soccer by local media sources.
• Encourage and recognize players advancing to a higher competitive level.
  
• Provide volunteers who actively participate with city planners and committees that can have a positive effect on the game of soccer.

Enhance Interaction with the Southern Illinois Soccer League (SISL) and Illinois Youth Soccer Association (IYSA):

• Actively solicit administrative, technical, and financial support available.
